I have a Carver 38' boat and I was defrauded by a weasel mechanic that did a poor rebuild on a 454 Crusader LXI motor.

I would like to replace that motor with a rebuilt 454 and would like to pay a skilled mechanic to remove the old motor and drop in the new bobtail motor in.
