HEADER CNC MACHINIST/DRILL OPERATOR – $22+ (depending on experience)

Night Shift – 2 Positions –

Set up and operate numerical control machines or machining centers to perform various machine functions such as cutting, drilling, milling, reaming, boring, and broaching of metallic and nonmetallic work pieces. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and related technical data to determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings, and machining methods and sequences. Mount, align, and secure tooling, attachments, and work piece on machine using overhead crane.

Assemble cutting tools in tool holders and position tool holders in machine spindles as specified or inserts cutting tools in specified machine magazines. Load control media such as tape, card, or disk, in machine controller or enters commands to retrieve preprogrammed instructions from database. Capable of proper set up, interpretation and verification of correctness of program to

HEADER CNC PROGRAMMER

Day Shift- 1 Position-

Set up and operate numerical control program machines to fabricate parts by performing the following duties. Plan numerical control program to control contour path machining of metal parts on automatic machine tools. Analyze drawings, sketches, and design data of part to determine dimension and configuration of cuts. Determine reference points and direction of machine cutting paths. Compute angular and linear dimensions, radii, and curvatures, and outlines sequence of operations required to machine part. Prepare geometric layout on graph paper or using computer-assisted drafting software to show location of reference points and direction of cutting paths. Ability to write instruction sheets and cutter lists to guide setup and operation of

machine. Ability to write programs of machine instructions in symbolic language to encode numerical control tape or direct numerical control database to regulate movement of machine along cutting path. Compare encoded tape or computer printout

with original program sheet to assure accuracy of machine instructions. Revise program to eliminate instruction errors or

omissions. Observe operation of machine on trial run to prove taped or programmed instructions. Regular attendance,

STRUCTURE LEADMAN - $28+ (depending on experience)

Night Shift – 1 Position –

Conduct safety bi-weekly meeting (Toolbox) to build safety awareness in the workplace with zero injury target. Reinforce safety policy and rules including identify potential hazards in the work area and reduce or eliminate them. Ensure 5S(workplace organization method in the area with good housekeeping manner) is being applied daily. Manage and control manpower including attendance in the responsible area to secure line capacity and to meet delivery schedule. Able to document data and write clear reports (production, rework, quality, line stop etc.). Follow updated schedules to meet ship dates provided by management. Manage multiple projects and people to ensure that they are on time and under budget; ability to track hours for the jobs and make sure there is sufficient manpower; prioritize tasks in a self-directed and time-managed manner. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to be flexible and change tasks on a moment’s notice. Ability to plan and develop layout as conduct

daily meetings with department to determine the agenda. Review accomplishments daily and plan next shift’s agenda. Monitor and audit product quality in accordance with the company ISO Quality Plan and Job Inspection Test Plan (ITP). Estimate, raise material requisition and inspects material quantity and quality. Examines produced items to determine if items meet specifications and industrial standards. Interprets specifications / blueprints and communicate or instruct team members following standard work instruction and industrial standards (ISO9000, API 661, AWS D1.1). Establish or adjust work procedures to standardize good work

practices and to ensure quality of work. Ability to coach and train new employee up to required standards. Perform 100% first article inspections (first piece of each fabricated drawing) by visual examine work piece, measure part or hole dimensions or sizes, square, flatness and other drawing instructions. Assist employee to operate small saw machine, iron machine, mobile plasma cutting machine for coping, notching, and cutting materials. Ability to operate power such angle grinder, drill, die grinder and chatter gun. Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product. Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.

3 to 5 years of related experience within a manufacturing environment required to

include welding experience.

STRUCTURE FITTER WELDER – $24+ (depending on experience) MUST HAVE FITTER EXPERIENCE

Day Shift- 2 Position-

Night Shift – 4 Positions –

.Must pass 2g and 3g weld test. Five-year structural fitting experience

recommended.

STRUCTURE WELDER – $22+ (depending on experience)

Night Shift -4 Positions-

Ability to weld fabricated parts of structural metal products in shop, plan sequence of operation and meet quality standards. Must pass 2g and 3g weld test. 2 years welding experience.

ASSEMBLY CLASS B - $17+ (depending on experience)

Night Shift – 1 Position –

Removes small quantities of metal to clean parts or to produce close fit between parts using portable grinders and other hand tools. Drills, taps, or reams holes; aligns components, and bolts, screws, or rivets them together using hand tools or portable power tools. Installs moving parts, such as shafts, levers, fan blades, bearings, and work them to test free movement. Bends and installs pipe for lubricating systems; aligns and meshes gears in gearbox to assemble system of gears including drive motors and fan shafts alignment. Operates tube-rolling equipment after training. Conduct hydro testing or assists in testing operation of completed product after training. Prepares final assemblies for shipment, or storage per applicable drawings. Positions parts manually or by use of overhead cranes or other lifting equipment as appropriate. Prepare tubes or fin tubes for weld tube-to-tube sheet with steam

cleaner and/or manual cleaning method. Works with other workers during tube insertion as per assignment. Regular attendance,

FINTUBE BANDER – $18+ (depending on experience)

Day Shift – 1 Position –

Ability to load tubes into input racks using an overhead crane or by hand. Ability to operate cutoff saw to cut tubes to specified length. Ability to move fintubes by hand into band molds, pushes buttons to closes molds. Ability to dip ladle into pots of melted zinc metal and walks to each mold and pours from ladle into band molds to produce bands on the fintubes. After cooling, pushes buttons to open molds and knocks off pouring basin with hammer. Ability to lift fintubes from output rack into

shipping racks or crates. Break zinc ingots into smaller pieces and places the pieces into the zinc pots keeping the zinc pots full of molten metal. Skim slag off molten metal, using strainer device. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime. EHS Technical Writer – $30

Day Shift- 1 Position-

Develop, write, edit, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, manuals, and training materials. Collaborate with the HSE Manage rand other team members to understand documentation requirements. Ensure all HSE documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with applicable standards and regulations. Assist in the communication and training of HSE policies and procedures to employees. Collaborate with the HSE Supervisor and other team members to enhance HSE performance.

Conduct risk assessments for both new and existing tasks and equipment. Innovating on process improvements and managing

actions to completion. 2+ years of experience in writing HSE policies, procedures, and training development. Knowledge

of local, state, and federal HSE regulations. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience using Microsoft

Word and Excel in a professional capacity. Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Safety, or related

field

CI SHOP TECH $18+

Day Shift- 1 Position

Serves as a resource to support production floor lean manufacturing activities Support shop floor leads by removing

shop waste such as pallets, cardboard, plastic bags, trash, metal scrap, etc. Assemble, paint, label items that support

lean manufacturing initiatives such as shelving, tool cabinets, shadow boards, etc. Work with direction from

continuous improvement engineer and shop floor leads on other improvement projects as required. Regular

Ability to repair and maintain overhead bridge cranes Jib Cranes and other types of machinery require diagnosing and making solid recommendations to repair all equipment as needed. Must have knowledge in repairing, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems. Observe mechanical devices in operation and listens to the sounds to locate cause of trouble. maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine. Ability to dismantle defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts. Ability to install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment. Day Shift- 1 Position

Night Shift- 3 Positions-

Ability to grind, chip weld splatter, high spot, burr, and rust from surfaces of structure components. Ability to position work pieces manually or by using overhead or jib cranes. Examines and feels surface of work piece for defects. Selects grade of abrasive wheel, disk and die grinder bits according to specification, knowledge of abrasives, and condition of metal, and attaches to grinder. Ability to pull trigger to start power tool and move it over surface of work piece to remove scratches, laminated metal, excess weld material, and burrs. Ability to load trucks. Ability to chip or grind out pits or cracks; replace worn abrasive disks, wheels, and die grinder bits. Must be able to operate a mig welder and fuse to piece of metal.

POWDER COATING PAINTER – $18/hr+ – Must have 6mths previous Industrial Paint experience –

Day Shift – 2 Positions –

Night Shift – 7 Positions –

Abrades surfaces of metal or hard composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt, and to impart specified finish. Shovel or pours abrasives such as sand, grit, or shot of specified grade into machine hopper. Read work orders or receive instructions from supervisor regarding painting. Select premixed paints, or mixes required portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors. Ability to prep product prior/ post painting.

Must be able to use a power spray gun. Must pass Pulmonary Function Test (PFT); must be fitted and be able to wear

respirator. Physically active & must be able to lift to 50 lbs.

ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLER – $15-$18/HR (depending on experience)

Day Shift – 3 Positions –

Assembles electrical, equipment, and subassemblies according to customer specifications following drawings and other written and verbal specifications.
