Event Based Banquet Servers Needed ASAP

We are a leading nationwide hospitality staffing company currently searching for on-call banquet servers for upcoming summer and fall events. Our next large upcoming event is this Saturday, 8/17.

Servers must have experience in either banquets or full-service restaurants. Ability to carry large oval trays with 10 stacked entrees preferred but not required. We expect all server applicants to have a neat professional appearance and a service first attitude. Experience in bartending or possession of a current OLCC Service Permit helpful.

Why work for us? Since we provide on-call work we do not expect people to be at our beck and call. You let us know when you are available and we will try to work around your schedule. If you are not available for a shift, you do not move to the bottom of our list. This is also a great way to get your foot in the door. Most of the places we work hire their full-time staff directly from us. Unlike other services such as ours, we do not hold our clients to strict buyout contracts when they are looking to hire permanent employees. We work with our employees and our clients to broker deals that make everyone happy.
