Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
Local personal injury law firm is looking for a friendly and reliable front desk receptionist and administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone skills, computer proficiency, and a strong customer service orientation. This position will be the first point of contact for our firm, providing exceptional service and ensuring efficient operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and emails, greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner, schedule appointments and manage the office calendar, maintain a clean and organized reception area, and provide administrative support to the paralegal staff.
Skills and Attributes:
Excellent phone and customer service skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently, positive attitude and a willingness to help others, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements:
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
Previous experience as a receptionist or similar role: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
Schedule:
8-hour shift
Monday through Friday
No weekends
Paid holidays
