Immediate opening for PT/FT Office Assistant with dual CNA background for Home Care Agency. Only candidates with prior experience with medical front office will be considered. Please do not apply if you are in other industries. Must be very articulate and have a great phone presence. Bilingual is a plus.

Education: At least 2 years college education, MA or CNA training with heavy office skills. MUST HAVE HEAVY MICROSOFT OFFICE SKILLS. We will test your quickness to using a computer.

Experience: Payroll, billing, great telephone skills, interpersonal skills, able to follow policies and procedures, writing proficiency, able to multitask, Technologically able and heavy work with office excel/word/PowerPoint proficient, highly organized, work with minimal supervision, critical thinker, reliable, punctual, and have reliable transportation.

Skills test will be commenced at interview.

Description: Front office position in a home care office, support to field staff and marketing staff, payroll and billing assistant, maintain office cleanliness and order, schedule orientation and obtain necessary paperwork for hiring staff, create employee and client newsletter, monthly reports and maintain regulatory documents, create letters and email campaigns, and other necessary functions. Must have great telephone etiquette and professional presentation.

Extra on-call duties assessed with On-Call stipend (will assess later)

Work Hours: 8-5pm W and F with flex time the other days

Part time work will be between those hours. Occasional covering other private duty shifts.
