We are a small company that was founded on the dream of transforming boring concrete surfaces into beautiful works of art. Working for Catalyst you will learn how to install metallic resin floors, vinyl chip flake floors, and more.

We are looking for individuals that have a keen attention to detail, strong work ethic, and can communicate effectively with team members and clients.

PAY:

$25/hr starting wage

$30/hr once trained

QUALIFIACTIONS:

-Painting / Coating / Construction Experience

-Valid Drivers License

-Trailer Skills Preferred

-Good Attitude

-Reliable Transportation

-Able to lift 50lbs

THE WORK:

-Prepare concrete with large grinders

-Repair concrete

-Install epoxy coatings
