Position: Commercial Kitchen Equipment Repair Technician
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of kitchen equipment, including but not limited to ovens, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and food processors.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative measures to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and enhance service efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a kitchen equipment repair technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and their mechanical systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
