Looking for an experienced working foreman for structural fabrication/installation

SUMMARY:

Specialty site-concealment/custom fabrication company is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead a team through fabricating and installing custom structures. The right candidate will be able to work with the project manager and design team to lead a team of technicians through cut list, assembly, painting, and loading of structures. Then, drive to job-site location to follow through with the installation of structures. Must possess leadership qualities, be able to read blue prints and construction drawings, follow federal, state, and company safety policies, be organized, and have a familiarity working in this role. Work with heavy equipment and working at heights will also be required. Work is both shop fabrication at our Perris location as well as on-location in a general construction setting throughout the greater San Diego/Los Angeles areas. Position is 40hrs a week Full-Time, and plenty of overtime hour potential when working in the field. (Drive Time Included).

The following is required:

Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Foreman, or leading/supervising others

Experience with basic hand and power tools

Experience with boom-lifts / fork-lifts / man-lifts / working on scaffolding

Must have a valid drivers license

Minimum 60lbs lifting requirement

Experience building structures / working in a construction setting

Must follow directions well and work well with others

Must be able to read/write and speak English

Attention to detail with a solid work ethic

Installation experience, working with a crane/rigging

Ability to work overtime/occasional weekend or night work

Pay is entry level $25.00 - $28.00 DOE, pay is weekly
