Hiring FOH Barista/Server + BOH Prep/Line Cook

Mangette, charming French-Californian eatery in Long Beach, is growing and looking for talented individuals to join our team! We’re seeking both Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) professionals who share our passion for fresh, local ingredients and top-tier customer service.

Positions Available

Prep/Line Cook (BOH):

Responsibilities: Prepping ingredients, executing menu items, maintaining cleanliness, and working efficiently during service.

Requirements: Previous kitchen experience preferred, love for cooking, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Barista/Server (FOH):

Responsibilities: Making espresso drinks, serving customers with a smile, taking orders, delivering food + drinks to tables, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring a memorable customer experience.

Requirements: Experience in a café or restaurant setting preferred, friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
