I am looking for someone to take over my furnished salon suite & lease. Colors + products not included. I've spent over 7k building this place but unfortunately, my body can't handle the long hours of doing hair anymore with my autoimmune disease. New chair installed in suite I recently paid for, customized color bar, cabinets, towels, a brand new fridge , curtains, shelves for your own retail and mirror! I'm giving it up to someone who can hopefully make use of this beautiful space and give them a helping hand to start their career without hurting the bank like me! You have everything you need to start , you just have to move in!

Rent is $370 a week to be at Phenix Salon Suites in Hayward. No ultilties.
