Description We are searching for an engaging and spirited Customer Service Representative to join our client's growing company. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every interaction. Your key role includes managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, as well as identifying and assessing the needs of our customers to achieve satisfaction.Responsibilities:

Manage large numbers of incoming calls.

Generate sales leads.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary.

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products or services.

Requirements

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

Track record of over-achieving quota.

Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education will be a plus.
