Customer Service Administrator

The customer service administrator, or CSA, will act as a liaison between the customer and staff. Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. Be genuinely excited to help customers. This CSA should have office administration and organizational skills and be able to process incoming, outgoing calls, material quotes, sales orders and invoicing through company approved systems. The CSA will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and communicating all customer inquiries promptly with Accessibility Technicians. The CSA will work in a time sensitive, team-oriented environment and work with Home Office, Suppliers and Manufacturers to maintain warehouse inventory levels, marketing, and office supplies. Should be able to balance multiple tasks and understand how to manage their time efficiently and be a motivated individual with a positive attitude. This position reports to the Business Owner.

This position can be home based within the Atlanta area with company-provided IT equipment.
