TAX PREPARER - Pourtugues Speaker Only

Our Consulting firm helps brazilians and we have a open position for a tax preparer as follows:

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses focused on foreigners

- Federal and State Income Tax preparation (forms 1120, 1065, 1040. 5472, 5471 and others)

- Gather and analyze financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations

- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, to input and organize financial data

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns

- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate tax preparation

- Collaborate with clients to identify potential deductions, credits, and other tax-saving opportunities

- Assist with tax planning strategies to minimize tax liability for clients

Skills:

- At least 5 years preparing income taxes;

- Fluent in Portuguese

- Experience with ATX and Drake Tax Software
