About Us:

Leaf Labs is a cannabis cultivation and manufacturing operation located in Sanford, ME serving both the Medical and Adult Use markets. Our goal is to provide clean, quality cannabis at an affordable price to the consumer and sell products we care about. We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to operate our PR200 Pre-Roll machine to fulfill our

pre-roll needs as well as do contract manufacturing for other businesses and clients. The position will be an extension of our manufacturing operations and will involve working with sales and cultivation teams to plan and coordinate manufacturing schedules as well as working with our customers to ensure they are getting a quality product. The ideal candidate is self motivated, technically minded, and can manage time effectively in a fast paced environment while working alone or with others. Experience in the cannabis industry is encouraged, especially in relation to understanding quality control and the needs of the end consumer.

Responsibilities:

● Operate and manage the PR200 Pre-Roller machine to produce pre-rolls for in-house

use as well as for contract manufacturing

● Create and manage a manufacturing schedule including but not limited to:

○ Product intake

○ Giving customers timelines on their returns

○ Scheduling use of the machine for either Adult Use or Medical manufacturing

○ Optimize use times to create and improve operational efficiencies

● Track and monitor incoming and outgoing products for clients.

● Work with our cultivation teams and sales to coordinate availability of new product and

help ensure products (pre-rolls) are ready and available for sale.

● Become familiar with METRC to track and document products for compliance purposes.

● Assist clients with R&D ideas to help with their pre-roll needs.

● Troubleshoot and make adjustments to the machine as needed.

● Stay up to date on inventory par levels of needed materials and parts for the machine.

Qualifications:

● Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent.

● Must be at least 21 years of age.

● Must be able to obtain a Registry Identification Card and Individual Identification Card.

● Must be able to focus for extended periods of time.

● Must have reliable transportation.

● Strong written and oral communication skills required

● Efficient organizational skills.

● Strong problem solving skills.

● Ability to alternate between sitting and standing positions for extended periods.

● Operate independently/without supervision

Hour Requirements:

● Full Time (Hourly)

● 40 Hours per week

● Up to $20/hour Starting Pay
