JOB SUMMARY

Operating mailing, copying, and fixing equipment. Need to have your own vehicle for this role. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a huge plus! Other duties: Type correspondence, file, copy, perform data entry and word processing, send/receive faxes, sort mail, and other administrative tasks as assigned Perform shipping and receiving. Order supplies. Pick-up from and deliver to client's mail, parcels, copy jobs, and faxes. Lift and carry large bundles of mail, overnight packages, and shipments of paper.
