Maintenance Supervisor

Skills Needed:

- Experience leading and managing teams

- Experience coordinating work orders and turnovers

- Expertise in trades such as drywall, painting, turnovers, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC

Pay: $26-31/hour (eligible for overtime when approved)

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday w/ rotating on-call
