What we are looking for:

Responsibilities:

Operate a variety of dozer equipment, focusing on finish grading and leveling tasks.

Utilize GPS ( tremble or Topcon) technology to ensure precise grading and excavation according to project specifications.

Collaborate with the project team to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Conduct routine equipment maintenance and inspections.

Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.

Perform other construction-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Finish Dozer Operator, with a strong emphasis on precision grading and leveling.

Proficiency in operating dozer equipment of various sizes and models.

Experience using GPS technology for accurate grading is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Prior experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.

Relevant certifications and licenses are highly desirable.
