KLZ Stone Supply, a leading direct importer specializing in the distribution of high-quality materials for applications ranging from countertops to flooring, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Territory Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Customer Acquisition: Actively convert new customers in the field to expand our client base.

- Order Management: Process orders from existing customers efficiently and accurately.

- Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

- Logistics Coordination: Organize truck and delivery routes to optimize efficiency.

- Sales Order Creation: Generate sales orders and select appropriate products for loading.

- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on materials before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Team Collaboration: Participate in monthly sales meetings to align on strategies and performance.

- Market Insight: Suggest new products and identify emerging market trends to capitalize on opportunities.

- Innovative Marketing: Develop and implement unique marketing strategies to grow the territory

.Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the stone, construction, or related industry.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management
