Apartment Leasing Agent

Part time leasing agent needed to find section 8 tenants for small apartment complex in South Irving as vacancies occur.

Currently there are 4 vacancies. Compensation is $500 for each apartment leased.

All are large 1 bedrooms apt (800sf) and appeal to older tenants. Apt complex is historical property and very well maintained.

You must have experience with Housing Authorities and understand the housing choice program. We accept no private pay tenants. All tenants must have a voucher.

Knowledge of the Bobai program that Dallas Housing Authority now uses is a plus.

This is perfect for someone that is a current leasing agent and wants to supplement their income.
