Looking for Home Health caregiver to work approximately 21- 28 hours per week. ( this would be for some evenings and some days, mostly days) This is for a 90 year old female that is bed bound, has dementia, COPD, diabetes and mostly nonverbal due to dysphagia from stroke. This is a skilled position and will require someone with experience. The shifts are 8:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m. we are looking with someone with flexibility that can work both day and evening shifts. Every other weekend per month is required. Applicant will need to pass a criminal background check. The pay is $13.61 per hour and is bi-weekly. There is a flat rate bonus of $150 bi-weekly provided all scheduled shifts are worked.
