Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director

Description We are on the lookout for an experienced Payroll Supervisor (Of Systems) for our team in CHICAGO, Illinois. This role involves overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with federal and state payroll regulations, managing payroll records, and developing and implementing efficient payroll processes and systems. Responsibilities: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations Manage payroll records including verifying and reconciling timesheets, calculating wages, and ensuring appropriate deductions Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll compliance standards and regulations Develop and implement efficient payroll processes and systems Provide training and support to payroll staff Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations Utilize high-level Excel skills for data analysis and reporting Utilize skills in UKG Ready, UKG Pro, Kronos Timekeeping System, Lawson, Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), HR Payroll System, and Full Cycle PayrollRequirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Payroll Proficiency in using UKG Ready and UKG Pro or Kronos is preferred Experience with processing High Volume Payroll (11k Employees) Familiarity with HR Payroll System Demonstrated experience in Full Cycle Payroll Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
