Carasau Hiring Servers/Hosts/ Coffee Barista (Part-time)
Carasau is a dine-in restaurant in downtown Culver City offering unique and special cuisine from Sardinia island, Italy. We need Servers/Hosts/ Coffee Barista to join our team. Restaurant experience is preferred

Below, please find a list of responsibilities and qualifications for the available positions.
Hosts:
-Welcome all customers.
-Learn and maintain general menu knowledge.
-Keep receptions area clean, organized and presentable at all times.
Answer phone calls in polite and warm matter and assist our future guests with questions they might have.
-Take accurate phone orders, input orders into POS and process payment for take out orders, outdoor orders.
Servers:
-Learn and maintain general menu knowledge.
-Describe our concept, ordering steps and answer any questions our new guests may have.
-Coordinate with service staff to maintain proper seating flow while remaining attentive in greeting and seating our guests.
-Answer phone calls in polite and warm matter and assist our future guests with questions they might have.
-Check out and process payments for dine in guests.
-Take accurate phone orders, input orders into POS and process payment for take out orders, outdoor orders.
-Run food items to table in the indoor/outdoor seating area.
-Clean and maintain tables and chairs in the outdoor seating area
Qualifications
-All candidates must have an exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude. Be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic, and able to multitask and take initiative in a guest service focused environment.
-Previous experience as a server/host is preferred.
-Must maintain a sense of urgency attitude with given responsibilities while attending customers
-Ability to work in fast paced high pressure environment
-Exceptional communication skills
-Must be punctual.
-Must be able to lift up to 50lb
-Must have RBS certified (Servers/Hosts must have an RBS certification)
-Must have Valid Food Handlers card
