You’ll drive the Entrepreneur around.Ensure his personal houses are exceptionally well maintained. You’ll supervise house maintenance and construction vendors to ensure the work is done correctly the first time. You’ll maintain a house manual, research the best ways to set up and maintain each system in the house, and set up checklists to ensure maintenance is done well and on time. You’ll do small tasks like changing light bulbs and sourcing supplies.Be his computer hands. You’ll take dictation, meeting notes, and keep his digital life organized.Organize paperwork. You’ll organize, scan, and file personal and business paperwork.Research. You’ll help the Entrepreneur make personal and business decisions by researching everything from the best wireless meat thermometer to buy to which accounting firm to use.Run personal errands. You must be a good driver.Good with computers. You’re comfortable using Zoom, Email, To-Do software, etc.Are handy. For example, you do your own car maintenance, build computers, or grew up on a ranch.Work on Saturdays, and have Mondays off. You will need to work on Saturdays to help with personal errands, so your weekend will be Sunday and Monday.Smart, quick learner. You tend to do well at whatever you put your mind to.Very organized. You enjoy putting things in order.Want to work hard. You’re happy to grind and put in the hours in order to succeed.Happy to pick up the phone and call people.
