A local ATL acquisitions firm requires a full time on site construction project manager to help manage our flips.

Job Description:

- Provide estimates on remodel jobs

- Create construction budgets

- Create construction schedules

- Obtain quotes from subcontractors

- Hire Subcontractors

- Manage sub-contractors

- Supervise job sites

- Provide weekly project updates with pictures, schedules, etc to the management team

- Deal with City Permits, consultants, and engineers

Salary

80,000 - 100,000/annually (plus performance based bonuses)

$500 month vehicle allowance to cover fuel/maintenance
