Alebrije Hawaii is a small Mexican restaurant in Kamuela / Waikoloa on Big Island HI.

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mixologist / Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a wide variety of cocktails and beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology techniques, a passion for creating unique and delicious drinks, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Create unique and innovative cocktails based on customer preferences - Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar Experience: - Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in the food industry - Proficiency in operating Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail recipes - Excellent math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating orders - Familiarity with retail math for inventory management purposes - Experience working in a restaurant or banquet setting is preferred - Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy in cash handling - Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service If you are passionate about mixology, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
