Direct Support Professional

We have programs in Springfield, Monson, Easthampton, Amherst, Gill,

Williamsburg, Hadley, and Great Barrington. Location: Campus Setting

(Residential and Day Services) Are you passionate about making a

difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities?

We are seeking multiple dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to

join our team in a vibrant campus setting in the Great Barrington, MA

area, serving both adults and youth. We are currently offering both per

diem & long term contract opportunities! About Us: Our client has a

campus that is home to about 50 clients, including youth and adults,

spread across five group homes and day services. They provide a

nurturing environment with a school for youth and a day habilitation

program for adults. The client also has specialized settings for

medically involved clients. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Support clients in achieving their

personal goals and enhancing their quality of life Implement our

client's proprietary de-escalation model Ensure the safety and
