need licensed & insured electrician to wire house

The home is down to the studs in most of the house. Entire second floor is all studs. i have a live wire coming from PECO to my house. Electric was on about four months ago. I need to rewire the entire house to meet code etc. Permits are mandatory. i would need all new work from meter outside my back wall into the house. New panel box in basement with breakers, new wires, new outlets etc. The house will be all electric. Electric water heater and electric heat (baseboard)

If you have done this work before, you can ballpark a rough idea of a basic rewire off specs i provided below:

two bedroom, one bathroom, two story row home in Hunting Park. basement is not finished. i just need basic rewire to meet code. one ceiling light in each room. no recessed lights.
