Mental Health Admin Manager

The primary purpose of this position is to direct the functions of the facility in accordance with best clinical practices, optimize cost reimburse and outpatient care in mental health.

Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct facility administration and billing functions
Supervise and train personnel and complete payroll
Develop processes to ensure HIPPA compliance, efficiency, and office organization.
Champion standardizing methods in which work will be measured and accomplished.
5+ years of mental health billing experience, credentialing
Assist in preparing monthly statements, balance sheets, expense reports
Develop and utilize computer reports
Review complaints and grievances and make written reports of actions.
Execute planning and implementation of changes/improvements in daily office management.
Specific Requirements
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such an action.
Must have advanced training in mental health outpatient care
Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principals and be willing to incorporate them into existing administrative practices.
Must have knowledge of auditing principles and practices
Must possess ability to examine and financial documents and reports
Assist biller with insurance verifications and rejections.
