R&R Heating and A/C seeks motivated and experienced Residential New Construction HVAC Installers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing HVAC systems in new residential constructions, ensuring that all systems are installed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components in new residential buildings.

-Interpret blueprints, specifications, and job orders to successfully complete installations.

-Ensure all installations comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

-Coordinate with builders, contractors, and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects.

-Test installed systems to ensure proper operation and performance.

-Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from homeowners or builders.

-Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

-Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

-A minimum of 3 years of experience in installation within the residential construction industry.

- Gas Mech 1 and EPA licenses.

- Wa elec traniee card (active)

-A commitment to safety, with knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.

-High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in construction or related fields preferred.
