Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Boba Barista Team Member to help us set up and lead our drink program on a bustling college campus. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves boba and is eager to shape the beverage experience for a diverse and vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Drink Program: Lead the creation and implementation of a unique and enticing drink menu, focusing on boba teas and other beverages that cater to the tastes of college students and local residents.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with students and community members, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience.

Team Leadership: Assist in training and mentoring fellow team members to ensure consistent quality and service. Be a team player.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, place orders as needed, and ensure that ingredients are fresh and of high quality.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and product quality, ensuring every drink is crafted to perfection.

Community Engagement: Help organize and participate in events that promote the drink program and engage with the college community.

Qualifications:

Passion for Boba: A deep love for boba tea and enthusiasm for creating new and exciting beverage options.

Experience: Previous experience in a café, barista, or similar role is preferred.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team, provide training, and maintain a positive work environment.

Creativity: Innovative mindset with a flair for creating unique drink recipes that stand out.
