Registered Investment Advisory Firm in Alamo seeking experienced, reliable and mature administrative assistant/receptionist for permanent, full-time position.
Responsibilities include:
Client interaction – first point of contact with clients
Effective client communication
Database management
Working closely with Principal and Operations Manager
Coordination of periodic mailings and client events
Maintain client files and process new business
Personalized support to Principal including travel arrangements & reservations, philanthropic events, personalized shopping, etc.
Qualified Candidate needs to have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and become integral part of team
Experience in Financial Services Industry A
