Handyman/groundskeeper

SE Oregon ranch taking applications for a handyman/groundskeeper position. This is a year round position. 12 hrs a week of work in exchange for a two bedroom house and utilities then the balance of the work is paid at a hourly wage. Must have good carpentry skills, basic plumbing, electrical and painting, must be experienced with yard sprinklers and basic yard maintenance.

Must have references, valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check.
