The Restaurant Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards, and fostering a positive work environment for our team that translates to memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities: RestaurantManager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including team management, guest experience, financial and operational performance. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver memorable guest experiences and uphold brand standards. Coordinate and schedule the team to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours and special events. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing waste. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Implement and oversee health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute training strategies and curriculum to drive business growth and enhance the restaurant's reputation in the community.
