We are currently seeking experienced individuals to fill Maintenance Technician positions for the property management industry located in Baltimore and surrounding areas. Dunne Wright services LLC hires full-time professionals with 5 years or more of experience with exceptional customer service experience.

Job Description

As a full service Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing all unit turnovers and service requests. This position reports to the Operations Manager and requires attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.

General Job Duties

Carpentry, maintenance and repair, unit turnovers, windows, doors, flooring, cabinet installation, and ceramic tile installation. Framing.

Exterior workWindow and door installation. Siding, roof repair.

Lock installation and evictions

Appliance repair a huge plus!

Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking, drywall repair.

Pressure washing, gutter cleaning, etc.

Job Requirements

Five years or more of Maintenance, Construction, Home improvement/ Handyman experience is required

MUST have dependable transportation to and from work

Clean driving record and driver's license is required for any position.

Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability

Team player and exceptional multi tasking skills

Maintain a friendly and customer service oriented approach to co-workers and customers
