Seeking remote receptionist with good communication skills for a virtual tax preparation and accounting firm.
Must be familiar with tax and accounting systems and terminology; and be able to learn quickly.
Duties include answering two phone lines on Ring Central VOIP system, onboarding new clients to our client portal, managing meeting minutes, communicating via chat and email to clients, sending email newsletters, posting on social media and other administrative tasks.
Must be fluent and competent in written and spoken English.
Must have prior office administrative experience.
Must have the ability to work remotely with a laptop and wi-fi.
20-25 hrs a week; longer hours during tax busy season.
