Pottery Studio Manager

An ideal candidate will have:

Previous managerial experience and ability to manage staff and work efficiently (managerial experience required)

Ability to coordinate and lead, and also to take direction

Awareness and safety around equipment and facility, and ability to educate fellow staff

A friendly approach in managing staff, students, teachers, members and the facility as a whole

A strong sense of responsibility, efficiency and ability care for the space from cleanliness to member/student experience

Willingness to learn and train in cleaning, firing, teaching and management methods.
