Assistant Manager for Southern Oregon Ice Arena - The RRRink!

The RRRink at 1349 Center Drive, Medford, OR is looking to hire an experienced individual to fill the roll of assistant to the General Manager. The individual needs to have completed at least two previous years of office type work and be experienced in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and a multi line phone system. Knowledge of using Facebook, Instagram, production of flyers, schedules and posters would also be helpful. Previous cash register, food handling, basic first aid, ice skating ability are also a plus. This individual will need superior customer service skills, the ability to work a varied schedule including some weekends or evenings during public seasonal hockey games may be necessary. In addition to assisting the manager the individual hired will be trained to work in the various departments of the facility. These duties include but are not limited to:

Helping with customer needs, admissions, managing Birthday Parties, assisting in concession, pro-shop service/sales, working with Rink vendors and generating revenue, registering transactions and enforcing rules.

Salary is negotiable depending upon qualifications. This is a full time position and will start at $18.00 to $20.00 an hour plus a 401K benefit plan available.
