Team lead for Austin weatherization crew

Candidate will be punctual, professional, organized, responsible, respectful, and hardworking with a positive attitude

Develop a schedule and plan to complete major weatherization projects

Duct and plenum design & build

Interpret work orders

Attic prep and blow insulation

Demo existing ductwork

Pass all weatherization metrics upon inspection

Perform air leakage testing and report measurements with photos to Operations Director

Assures production is met on a timely basis

Ensures job complies with applicable codes and obligations or restrictions associated with the program

Responsible for all job records and reporting to Operations Director

Obtain and maintain appropriate certifications

Inventory management

Construction, sheet rock, plumbing and AC skills a plus

Assign daily takes to crew while working with them to completion

Valid driver's license with clean driving record and criminal record

Experience driving a truck with trailer

Ability to work in attics and confined spaces during hot summers

Ability to lift and regularly carry items weighing up to 50lbs.

Work in homes in a respectful, organized and clean fashion

Ability to explain scope of work to customers

Excellent customer service

Train new hires

Perform other duties as assigned
