Prep Cook Back of House

Olive Lebanese Eatery is currently hiring prep cooks.

We are looking for prep cooks with previous prep experience. Prep cook duties will help our team with their daily tasks. This job will include chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, keeping the station clean, and assisting with other assorted tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customers’ dining experience. We are located within walking distance of Ballston Metro and Bus Stops.

Responsibilities

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

Prepare food for service

Clean up station and take care of leftover food

Stock inventory appropriately

Assist on line

Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and members

Must be able to speak and read English Proficiently

Hours Monday - Friday 11:30 am - 7:30:PM

Major Holidays Off

No Weekends

Employee Free Meal During Shift

Salary $14.00-$17.00 depending on experience

Olive Lebanese Eatery 1100 N. Glebe Road Arlington, Va., between 10:30 am and 2:30 pm
