Event Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Supervisor at Knollwood Club in Lake Forest, IL. The Event Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating event logistics, managing event staff, ensuring client satisfaction, and handling event setup and takedown. We are looking for someone with catering experience, fine dining experience, someone that works well with others, a leader, a problem solver, quick thinker, someone that believe in perfect service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in event planning or hospitality management

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Detail-oriented and proactive mindset

Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
