Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the T-7A Product Support & Sustainment team in Berkeley, MO .Be a part of the team that is breaking the norm! This is an exciting opportunity to join the T-7A Program. In this role, the focus will be on successful execution of all activities across the T-7A Product Support Program. The selected leader will interface with various cross-functional stakeholders and key Customer counterparts. This leader is expected to act with urgency, bias toward action and a team-oriented approach to lead the Sustainment, Product Support, Technical Publications, Provisioning and overall Sustainment Teams to drive outcomes and support growth within the T-7 Program.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees and mid-level managers performing business management activities in the area of Program Management.

Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.

Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post - Start is required.Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years' experience leading cross functional teams

Minimum of 3 years' experience interfacing directly with military customers and processes with a demonstrated understanding of customers' organization, requirements, planning and procurement processes

Experience in military customer's maintenance concepts, processes and support systems

Experience leading teams developing multiple product support elements for development programs
