This is a hands on position.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:

Experience with CCC and Mitchell estimating.

Must have a positive attitude, be a good team player, and a great communicator.

Must be able to work under pressure and be able to multitask.

Must be able to meet deadlines.

Bilingual is a plus

Duties Include:

Coordinating with insurance companies.

Checking on production of vehicles in order to update customers & csr.

Write complete and safe repair plans using OEM procedures and communication with technicians.

Following up with customers & insurance companies.

Completing work within the required time.
