This historic restaurant is one of the city's oldest and most famous and is a favorite of celebrities who enjoy great steaks, expertly prepared fresh seafood with excellent service, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.John’s Grill is one of the top-grossing and most successful restaurants in the city serving 300-600 customers nightlyWe are seeking experienced and qualified FOH team members including servers, bussers, and food runners.Essential job requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- 2+ years of experience in a full service, casual fine dining restaurant- Strong sense of warmth and hospitality- Sincere desire to provide guests with the best possible service and experience- Comprehensive food and wine knowledge or a yearning to learn- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure- Strong work ethic and attention to detail- Clear communication skills- Being a genuine team player- Outgoing hospitality-driven individuals, with genuine warmth and enthusiasm- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Comfortable with guest interaction in a fast-paced service - Ability to adhere to a flexible schedule, work nights and weekends.
