Outside Sales Representative

We are General and Plumbing Contractor company that is looking for a Sales Representative to close day-to-day services and projects.

This is a full-time job. We are looking for a practical person, oriented to customer satisfaction, and willing to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Answering calls, emails, and customer contacts to close the sale.

Meeting with clients and contractors to analyze project or service requirements.

Making frequent visits to current clients to validate their needs.

Preparing quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.

Making invoices after the work is finished.

Following up on payments with clients.

Accompanying the operation manager to meetings with chief engineers, clients, or contractors.

Following up with technical staff on progress on projects or services, to communicate it to the client.

Validate orders for materials or equipment that must be requested for customer service.

Grow the business portfolio, looking for clients who request recurring services, which may be general contractors, property managers, realtors, HOA.

Requirements and Skills:

Quick books – Preferred.

Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required.

Experience in sales and customer service. – Required.

Valid driver’s license – Required.
