We are seeking EXPERIENCED tree workers only. Candidates MUST have bucket truck operation, climbing experience, or extensive groundsman experience.

Who We're Looking For:

Experienced Climbers with proven expertise in safe and efficient tree-climbing techniques

Skilled Bucket Truck Operators proficient in aerial lift operations for tree work

Experienced Groundsmen with a strong background in ground operations and debris management

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of verifiable experience in professional tree care

Demonstrated expertise in climbing, bucket truck operation, or ground operations

Strong understanding of tree biology, pruning techniques, and safety protocols

Valid Florida driver's license

Ability to pass drug and background checks

Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

The Ideal Candidate:

Possesses a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Demonstrates a commitment to safety and teamwork

Holds relevant certifications (ISA, CDL, etc.) - a plus!

Is passionate about trees and eager to grow their career
