maintenance/porter

Scope of work includes:

Sweeping / Mopping / Vacuuming

General Cleaning: Dusting/wiping down furniture, baseboards, walls, fixtures

Cleaning and Disinfect all common touchpoints

Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms

Re-Stock restroom supplies (hand soap, toilet paper, etc.)

Dispose and Remove trash from bins and containers

Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors and counters

Report repairs and replacements needed, as encountered

General tasks and light maintenance: painting, basic repair work, light plumbing and electric.

Perform detailed deep cleans, when required

Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products

-Mechanically inclined

-Good work Ethic

-Ability to learn quickly

-ability to work independently

-Maintain effective communication with supervisor and staff

-Possess a current, in good-standing Driver's License and reliable transportation.

-This is a uniformed position where the majority of the work is performed indoors.

-Grounds maintenance and snow removal

-experience in painting very helpful

Hours are early morning with a 6am or 7am start time Monday - Friday

no weekends
