Looking for full time Maintenance/ Handy man

Looking to Hire a Maintenance worker Full time.

Must have experience. Light experience in general contracting ( plumbing, Sheetrock etc), work with computers, must be able to communicate and understand commands in English, understand how to drive machines or be willing to learn.
