Cleaning and building maintenance

Leading healthcare agency is seeking an individual to maintain our child care centers, responsibilities would include (but are not limited to) cleaning two centers daily, maintaining the buildings and grounds of two centers by emptying outside trash, sweeping the areas outside, helping with deliveries and minor installations and assembly of items ordered and assists with building repairs and upkeep such as fixing locks, repairing sheetrock damage, painting, fixing things that break and unclogging toilets. The schedule is flexible and includes 15-20 hours weekly. There are two locations one is in Plainview and the other is in Massapequa. This position requires transportation
