Job Description:

Premier Installations and Improvements is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Contractor Window Treatment Installers. We specialize in the installation of a wide range of window treatments, including Cellular Shades, Fauxwood Blinds, Roller Shades, and Vertical Blinds. Whether you are experienced or just starting out, we provide the necessary training and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

Install various types of window treatments, including Cellular Shades, Fauxwood Blinds, Roller Shades, and Vertical Blinds.

Ensure accurate measurements and proper installation of products.

Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Follow company guidelines and safety protocols during installations.

Qualifications:

Experience in window treatment installation is a plus but not required.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must have reliable transportation (Van or Truck) and basic tools (training and additional tools can be provided if necessary).

Must be physically capable of performing installations, including lifting and handling materials.

Compensation:

Pay is based on a percentage of the work completed, providing the opportunity to earn more as you complete more installations.
