We are seeking a motivated individual that likes to be on the phone with not only our customers but also making outbound calls to prospects, lead generation and most of all people seeking employment. Please review job duties below.
Client & Employee Advocate - You are the difference between a happy client and someone applying for employment. Our clients deserve the absolute best service when calling in or out to prospects and realize you can be part of that solution, in a positive experience for all parties. As an Inside Sales/CSR Representative, you will provide outstanding customer service before and during the sale and in-person interaction with applicants seeking employment. You will be the difference maker when it comes to how you explain our services while actively listening to our clients’ needs/questions and with our contracted workforce.
Multitasker - Inside Sales/CSR Representatives bring all their multitasking and people skills when working with our clients / contracted employees. Need to have strong data entry skills on a computer and logging sales, researching solutions, answering customer questions, and asking probing questions all while speaking with prospects on the phone.

Experience - At least 1 year of over-the-phone sales experience. Previous experience working with an enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform is a plus but we will train. Attitude and Confidence matters.
Office Computer Skills - You will need to come with basic computer skills (general typing, data entry and basic computer operation).
Communication – while the ability to communicate professionally and politely is required, we have customers who need effective communication in both Spanish and English. The ability to communicate, verbal and written, in both Spanish and English is preferred. (Ability to successfully pass a fluency test is required to be considered for the Bilingual opportunity).
